東京大学大学院薬学系研究科博士課程修了。新卒でNovartisへ入社し、医薬品・医療機器のPV業務を担当。 その後、ボストン・コンサルティング・グループへ入社。官公庁、エネルギー、保険等を対象とするプロジェクトに従事した後、コンコードに参画。

Dr. Domon completed a doctoral course in pharmaceutical science at the university of Tokyo, and subsequently started working at the pharmaceutical company, Novartis. After having engaged in pharmacovigilance for several years, he decided to make a transition from healthcare industry to consulting. He joined BCG and experienced many projects pertaining to healthcare, energy, insurance, and so forth. Dr. Domon, who had been gradually interested in contribution to job candidates, finally made a decision to join Concord, which makes him have supported many business leaders until now.
