慶応義塾大学商学部を卒業後、新日鉄ソリューションズ（現日鉄ソリューションズ）、アビームコンサルティングを経て、デロイトトーマツコンサルティング（現Monitor Deloitte）に入社。
新規事業の立ち上げ支援や経営戦略及びM&A戦略の立案、実行支援に従事。

その後、日系PEファンドのAZ-Starに参画。ヴァイスプレジデントとして投資案件発掘、投資実行、投資先のハンズオン支援・CXO採用等に携わる。

ビジネスリーダーのキャリア支援に貢献したいと考え、コンコードに参画。

After graduating from Keio University majoring in business and commerce, he joined NS Solutions Corps, Abeam Consulting, and Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting (Monitor Deloitte at present) respectively. His roles at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting were to support new business development and planning and execution of corporate and M&A strategies.
He then joined AZ-Star, a Japanese PE fund, where he as a vice-president searched investees and executed investments, provided hands-on support to the investees, helped place their CXOs, and so on.
Hoping to contribute to the career development of business leaders, he has become a member of Concord Executive Group, Inc.
